This Pasqua rosé, presented as Trevenezie IGT under the name "11 Minutes" and available in Magnum format, offers an elegant and approachable profile. It shows a vibrant pink color and a nose of fruity and floral aromas, with hints of small red fruit and delicate summer florals. On the palate it is fresh and smooth, ranging from light to medium body, with soft tannins and balanced acidity that promotes drinkability; the finish is clean and persistently pleasant without overstatement.

It pairs well with antipasti, mildly seasoned seafood, summer salads, light white meats and aperitif moments; it is also agreeable with gentle ethnic dishes and buffet service. The Magnum format is convenient for sharing at convivial gatherings and for extended service. Serve cool, around 8–10 °C, in not-too-wide glasses to appreciate the aromas. For those seeking a versatile, easy-drinking rosé, this Pasqua offering is a measured, practical choice best enjoyed youthful to savour its characteristic freshness.
