Pairing Red meats (roasts, steaks), aged cheeses
The Rosso Camerte IGT from Monacesca appears in an intense ruby color, clear and bright. On the nose there are notes of ripe red fruit, delicate floral hints and a touch of light spice that complement the aromatic profile without overwhelming it. The approach is direct but restrained, offering an accessible sensory profile that still retains a measure of refinement, suitable for those looking for a well-made everyday wine.

On the palate it shows balanced structure, present but gentle tannins and lively freshness that supports the sip. The flavor texture is soft and harmonious, with a clean, persistent finish. It pairs well with cured meats, aged cheeses, dishes based on red meat, savory sauces and rustic preparations such as ragù and mushrooms; also suitable with a well-topped pizza. Serve at about 16–18 °C and, if desired, let it breathe for a few minutes before serving to better appreciate the aromas.
