The Verdicchio di Matelica DOCG Riserva Mirium 30 anni from Monacesca presents itself as a white wine tied to its denomination. In the glass it shows a straw-yellow color with bright reflections; on the nose there are notes of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers and subtle mineral hints. On the palate it offers good structure, balanced acidity and a sapid progression that supports the finish, keeping freshness and cohesion without excess. The Riserva designation identifies the bottle on the shelf without specifying vinification details or vintage.

It pairs elegantly with more structured fish dishes, shellfish, flavorful risottos, white meats and medium-firm to aged cheeses; it is also suitable as a contemplative wine for those who appreciate characterful whites. Serve at around 10-12 °C in a wide white-wine glass to allow aromas and freshness to express themselves. For information on the vintage or technical specifics, refer to the label or producer Monacesca.
