The Rosso DOC "Noi" from Colli di Rimini by San Patrignano offers a measured, approachable profile. In the glass it shows a ruby colour, with aromas recalling ripe red fruit and light spicy notes, accompanied by a subtle herbaceous hint that provides freshness. On the palate it is balanced: medium-bodied, tannins present but not intrusive, and a pleasant persistence that supports the sip without weighing it down. Its structure and freshness also make it suitable for informal and convivial occasions.

It pairs broadly: well with traditional dishes, white meats and lighter red meats, cured meats and medium-mature cheeses, as well as flavorful pastas and rustic soups. It also suits mushroom dishes and grilled preparations. Serving temperature around 16–18 °C is recommended to appreciate its aromas and balance. Ideal for those seeking a regional red with a discreet personality to drink in the first years; for longer storage, careful cellar conditions are advisable.
