Sangiovese di Romagna DOC - Predappio - Riserva Maestroso from SaDiVino shows a bright ruby color with slight transparency, typical of the grape and the area. On the nose it opens with notes of cherry and plum, violet flowers and herbaceous hints reminiscent of the undergrowth; in the background fine spice notes add complexity without overpowering. The overall profile is clear and recognizable, with freshness that balances the fruity elements.

On the palate it offers a balanced structure: the acidity supports the drinking experience while the tannins, present but measured, shape the finish. The sip is flavorful and of good persistence, suitable with red meat dishes, traditional ragùs and hard cheeses; it also pairs well with Romagna specialties and local cured meats. It is recommended served at a moderate temperature, between 16 and 18 °C. This is a wine that can be enjoyed now or kept in the cellar for a few years according to preference.
