Romagna is the homeland of Sangiovese, a generous land where wines have written the history of entire generations. The vineyards are located on the Forlì hills near Predappio, on clayey and very dry soils; these conditions give robust, full-bodied wines with a good predisposition to aging. The Sangiovese berries are large and oval, the wine ages briefly in barrels then continues in the bottle before being put on the market.

It has a beautiful purplish garnet red color, while aromas of pomegranate and violet rise to the nose. A velvety and dry sip, round and rightly tannic.

It is recommended to combine it with first courses and meats in general, also excellent with oily fish and fish soup.
