The Saumur Champigny "La Haye Dampierre" created by Antoine Sanzay is an exceptional example of this producer's ability to elevate Loire wines to new heights. This red wine is made primarily from Cabernet Franc grapes, harvested from vineyards located in the fertile region of Saumur, famed for its rich limestone and clay soils.

Sanzay's particular attention to sustainable viticulture is reflected in the quality of the wine, which opens up to an aromatic bouquet of ripe red fruits, notes of black pepper, and a slight vegetal touch typical of Cabernet Franc. On the palate, the wine is complex and structured, with well-integrated tannins that harmoniously balance with a lively acidity, promising excellent aging potential.

The experience concludes with a persistent and elegant finish that invites a second sip. "La Haye Dampierre" is perfect for accompanying red meat dishes, game, or aged cheeses, enhancing every meal with its distinctive presence. A true treasure of the Loire, proudly representing the terroir of Saumur Champigny.
