The Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC from Cantina Cortaccia is born in the renowned vineyards of this mountainous area, where temperature variations enhance the expression of varietal aromas. This white wine is a perfect example of how the Alto Adige territory elegantly influences an international grape variety like Sauvignon Blanc.

In the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it opens with intense aromas of cut grass, tomato leaf, and hints of white-fleshed fruit, enriched by delicate mineral notes and light nuances of white pepper. The sip is fresh and savory, with a harmonious balance between vibrant acidity and softness, making the drink pleasant and persistent.

It pairs magnificently with steamed fish dishes, shellfish, and fresh cheeses, enhancing the genuineness of the flavors without overpowering them. A Sauvignon able to interpret with character and finesse the essence of its terroir.
