Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC Kofl - Cortaccia is born in the heart of Alto Adige, a region known for elegant and aromatic white wines. This Sauvignon expresses itself with intensity and character thanks to the cool climate and limestone soils, ideal for enhancing the varietal profile. The grape variety offers a refined bouquet with vegetal notes of fresh grass, fruity hints of peach and citrus, accompanied by mineral accents that provide complexity and persistence.

The aging takes place in stainless steel, thus preserving the freshness and the typical bright acidity of Sauvignon. On the palate, it appears balanced, with medium body and a vibrant tension, making it suitable for dishes based on fish, shellfish or fresh cheeses. An excellent choice for those looking for an aromatic and versatile white, representative of the Alto Adige identity.

Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC Kofl is the perfect example of how the local winemaking tradition can combine elegance and immediacy, offering authentic and memorable sensations.
