The Sauvignon Collio DOC "Ronco delle Mele" from Venica presents a clear, well-defined aromatic profile derived from Sauvignon grapes. On the nose there are hints of citrus (lemon, grapefruit), herbal notes and white flowers, with touches of white-fleshed fruit and a delicate mineral suggestion. On the palate it shows fresh acidity, a sapid texture and a lively structure that supports the flavors without overpowering them.

It is a versatile table wine: pairs with seafood, shellfish and raw fish, but also works well with light vegetable dishes and fresh cheeses. It can serve as an aperitif for those seeking a perfumed, clean white. The aromatic persistence is pleasant, with a clean finish that invites another sip. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, to highlight the aromatic-fruit character and the tension of the acidity. It is recommended to drink it relatively young to fully enjoy the varietal brightness and freshness of this expression.
