The Sauvignon Trevenezie IGT Frizzante from Maschio offers a fresh, direct profile typical of the Sauvignon variety within the Trevenezie IGT designation. On the nose there are citrus notes, green apple and light herbaceous hints; the frizzante sparkle adds a fine mousse that enlivens the sip without overpowering the aromatic cues. On the palate it is slim, with lively acidity and a freshness-focused balance; the finish remains dry and clean, inviting another taste.

Suitable for informal occasions and light dishes, it pairs well with seafood starters, salads, grilled fish and crustacean-based preparations. It is ideal as an aperitif wine, in warm seasons or whenever a relaxed yet characterful drink is sought. Serve chilled, in moderately sized tulip glasses, to appreciate the perlage and aromatic liveliness. It does not require long ageing and is best consumed young to retain its freshness.
