In the glass it shows a pale pink color. On the nose the aromas of wild strawberries prevail. A rosé wine of extreme goodness, which stands out for its marked and excellent flavor that makes it perfect for attending the table in combination with first and second courses based on fish.

Winery history
The winery is a family-run operation tied to the Mascarin family; the business developed from the 1990s and in recent years management has also involved the Aureli family. Since the late 2000s the estate has adopted natural/organic vineyard practices and has progressively reorganized production, focusing on a few selected varieties and distinctive product ranges.
Production philosophy
Production focused on respect for the land and the vine, employing organic practices in the vineyard and aiming to produce wines that reflect the character of the grapes and the local microclimate. The winery clearly prioritizes vineyard quality as the starting point for its wines.
Terroir and vineyards
Situated on the hills of Covignano, a few kilometres from the Adriatic coast and close to Santarcangelo/San Martino in Venti. The climate is moderated by the sea breeze, which contributes to the balance of the grapes grown on the hills.
Awards and recognitions
Critical recognition: among documented mentions is the 5 Grappoli in the Guida Bibenda 2026 for the Syrah 2021.
