The Spumante Alta Langa DOCG Blanc De Blancs Brut Francesco Galliano, produced by Borgo Maragliano, is born in the heart of Alta Langa, an area renowned for its limestone hills and the ideal climate for excellent viticulture. This sparkling wine is obtained exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, a variety that expresses here notes of freshness and unique refinement.
The classic method, with a long aging on the lees in the bottle, gives complexity and a very fine perlage, while the dry and savory character emphasizes its elegance. On the nose, scents of green apple, citrus, and a delicate note of bread crust emerge, while on the palate it reveals itself harmonious, lively, and of great persistence. Ideal to pair with seafood appetizers, shellfish, and light preparations, this sparkling wine embodies the sought-after harmony between territory, grape variety, and tradition.
