Pairing Aperitifs, appetizers, fish dishes
Lively and bright, this sparkling wine presents a fine perlage that supports a subtle, well-balanced aromatic profile. On the nose are white flowers, notes of green apple and a hint of citrus that never overwhelms; the picture is clean and leaves room for a pleasant sense of freshness. The palate is fresh and smooth, with a saline note that frames the sip and a light creaminess that softens its contours, delivering a balanced, persistent finish without excesses.

On the palate it shows controlled dryness and a lively acidic drive that keeps the wine crisp and immediate: slim structure, central tension and excellent drinkability. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs naturally with crudités and shellfish, sushi, fresh cheeses and light savory tarts; it also stands up well to seafood first courses. Serve well chilled, around 6–8 °C, to appreciate its fragrance and balance.
