Calonga’s Baldan Spumante Brut Metodo Classico is a sparkling wine for those who appreciate a dry and elegant style. The term “Metodo Classico” refers to a second fermentation in the bottle, while Brut identifies a sparkling wine with a low level of residual sugar. This profile makes it well suited to aperitif occasions, celebrations and convivial moments, while also offering the balance needed at the table.

Serve it well chilled to highlight its freshness and the fine character of its bubbles. Baldan is a versatile choice for receptions, dinners and special toasts. It pairs naturally with light starters, fish, seafood, vegetables, delicately seasoned cured meats and fresh cheeses. Its dry Brut style also makes it suitable throughout a meal when a crisp, pleasant sparkling wine is preferred over a sweeter option. Calonga presents Baldan as a bottle to share on important occasions or to keep ready for an impromptu toast with friends and family.
