Pairing Aperitifs, appetizers, light dishes
Lively and immediately pleasing, this Extra Dry sparkling wine shows fine perlage and an immediate aromatic profile: notes of green apple, white flowers and a light citrus hint that adds freshness without coming across as dry. On the nose it is frank and pleasant; on the palate the residual sweetness is well balanced by a lively acidity that keeps the sip lean, making the wine suitable both for aperitifs and for more informal social moments. The drinkability is welcoming and invites a second glass, perfect for those seeking an easy-going sparkling wine with personality.

The flavor texture is soft, with bubbles that support the structure without weighing it down; those looking for an easy-drinking glass will find balance and cleanliness in the finish. Serve well chilled, ideally in flutes or stemmed glasses to preserve its freshness, around 6–8 °C. It pairs with seafood appetizers, delicate finger foods, shellfish salads and also with light cream- or fruit-based desserts. Also excellent for informal toasts and buffets.
