Pairing Aperitifs, appetizers, fish
It shows a pale pink color and a crown of fine perlage that invites the first sip. On the nose there are aromas of strawberry and fresh cherry, with a slight hint of rose petal and a citrus touch that adds clarity; the profile is immediate but not simplistic. The palate is slim, with lively acidity and a savory texture that supports the fruit; the softness is measured and the finish stays fresh and inviting, leaving a clean, pleasant aftertaste.

Bright in character and easy to drink, it is well suited to aperitifs and pairs with light dishes such as shellfish, sushi, delicate tartare and young cheeses, but also stands up to cured meats that aren’t too salty. Serve cold, around 6–8 °C, in a flute or a narrow glass to appreciate the bubbles and freshness. It also works well in light cocktails or as a base for summer aperitifs.
