The Sylvaner Aristos from Valle Isarco is a white wine that exudes a unique personality, typical of the South Tyrolean region from which it originates. This region is renowned for its ability to produce high-quality white wines, thanks to the cool climate and the particular characteristics of its mountainous terrain.

The Sylvaner Aristos presents a light straw-yellow color, crossed by greenish reflections that suggest its freshness and vivacity. On the nose, the bouquet is delicate yet complex, characterized by aromas of white-fleshed fruits like green apple and pear, with subtle notes of aromatic herbs and a slight mineral touch.

On the palate, the first impression is of a balanced and harmonious structure. The acidity is well-balanced and integrates perfectly with the wine's softness, leading to a pleasantly persistent taste sensation. The typical minerality of the Valle Isarco soils gives the Sylvaner Aristos a crystalline freshness, culminating in a clean and refreshing finish.

This wine pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, seafood, and green vegetable-based cuisine. It is also excellent as an aperitif or with light appetizers.

The Sylvaner Aristos is an excellent example of how specific terroir and careful winemaking techniques can come together to create a wine that not only represents its geographical origin but also enhances it. A true treasure for lovers of sophisticated and refined white wines.

Over time its production facilities have been renewed and it expanded its public services with a modern wine shop. In 2021 the winery celebrated its 60th anniversary and refreshed its image and labels.
Production philosophy
