Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Cavalieri Reali presents itself with a bright straw-yellow color and a fine perlage that enlivens the glass. On the nose it is immediate and clean: white flowers, green apple and a subtle citrus hint alternate without overlapping, offering a fragrant yet measured profile. The sip is smooth and fresh, light-bodied but well defined; the acidity gives liveliness while the softness maintains balance, delivering an elegant persistence that invites a second taste.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs naturally with raw seafood, sushi, vegetable antipasti and fresh cheeses, as well as with light fried dishes that highlight its freshness. Serve chilled, around 6–8 °C, in tulip glasses to enhance its aromas and bubbles; it’s an everyday bubbly with character, favoring pleasantness and balance over excessive complexity.
