Valpolicella DOC Ripasso della Cantina Zironda è un vino di grande personalità che esprime al meglio le caratteristiche del territorio veronese. Ottenuto con il tradizionale metodo del "ripasso", questo vino viene realizzato a partire da uve Corvina, Rondinella e Molinara. Dopo un primo passaggio in acciaio, il vino viene ripassato sulle vinacce dell'Amarone, conferendogli maggiore struttura e complessità.

Al calice, si presenta con un colore rosso rubino intenso, tendente al granato con l'invecchiamento. Al naso, offre un bouquet complesso e intrigante di frutti rossi maturi, come ciliegia e mora, accompagnati da note speziate di vaniglia, cannella e un tocco leggero di cacao. Il palato è pieno e avvolgente, con tannini morbidi e ben integrati che supportano una piacevole acidità. Il finale è lungo e persistente, con un retrogusto leggermente amarognolo tipico del Ripasso.

È un vino versatile che si abbina perfettamente a piatti di carne rossa, arrosti, selvaggina e formaggi stagionati. Ottimo anche con primi piatti robusti e ben strutturati.
