The Vermentino Cavagino Colli di Luni DOC from Lunae presents a fragrant, straightforward profile typical of the grape. In the glass it shows a luminous straw-yellow colour; on the nose there are scents of white flowers, ripe citrus and light herbaceous notes, with a mineral thread that helps define its character. On the palate it confirms freshness and good acidity, with modest body and a persistence that leaves fruity echoes and a pleasant savory note. The balance between acidity and salinity makes it easy to drink and suitable for various occasions.

It is best enjoyed young to appreciate its aromatic vivacity. It pairs well with fish dishes, shellfish and seafood salads, and also stands up to light pasta, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses. Good for aperitivo or informal meals; serve chilled but not ice-cold to highlight its balance and aromas.
