The Angialis IGT Isola dei Nuraghi by Argiolas is a sweet wine of extraordinary elegance and complexity, produced on the island of Sardinia, a land rich in history and unique winemaking traditions. This wine represents a sublime example of the oenological ability of Argiolas, one of the most prestigious wineries in Sardinia, known for its ability to best express the character of native vines through wines of the highest quality. Angialis is the result of a careful blend of Nasco and Malvasia di Sardegna grapes, two varieties which, thanks to the Mediterranean climate and the particular composition of the island's soil, develop an exceptional aromatic richness and natural sweetness.

Winemaking involves a late harvest of the grapes, to allow them to dry slightly on the vine, thus concentrating sugars and aromas. This is followed by slow fermentation at a controlled temperature, to preserve the complexity of the aromas, and refinement in French oak barriques, which gives the wine structure and nuances of vanilla and spices, enriching its taste profile without overpowering the varietal expressiveness.

Presented in an elegant 50cl format, Angialis IGT Isola dei Nuraghi is an oenological jewel that seduces at first glance with its golden and brilliant colour. On the nose, it opens with an intense and enveloping bouquet, where notes of ripe exotic fruit, honey, orange blossom and hints of Mediterranean aromatic herbs emerge, enriched by a light touch of toasting and vanilla, testimony to the elegant passage in wood .

In the mouth, Angialis reveals a sweetness well balanced by a fresh acidity, which supports its drinking and enhances its complexity. The flavors of candied fruit, dehydrated apricot and honey blend harmoniously with the vanilla and spicy notes, leading to a long and persistent finish, characterized by a pleasant mineral vein which gives the wine an extraordinary cleanliness and drinkability.

Ideal as a meditation wine, the Angialis IGT Isola dei Nuraghi by Argiolas pairs beautifully with fruit-based desserts, spoon desserts, blue cheeses or foie gras, offering a rich and memorable tasting experience that celebrates the richness of flavors and the winemaking tradition of Sardinia.
