The Ancestral Sparkling BIO Wine by Ononide, produced by the Bulzaga winery, is an excellent example of how tradition can meet innovation in the world of wine. This sparkling wine stands out for its ancestral production method, an ancient technique that involves the natural fermentation of the wine inside the bottle, without adding external yeasts or sugars. The result is an authentic and very expressive wine.

With a straw yellow color and greenish reflections, this organic wine presents a fine and persistent perlage that hints at the complexity of its aromas. On the nose, it reveals notes of citrus, green apple, and fresh yeasts, with a subtle floral background that makes the scent extremely pleasant.

On the palate, the Ancestral Sparkling BIO Wine by Ononide Bulzaga is lively and fresh. The well-balanced acidity harmoniously blends with a slight note of toasted bread and fresh fruit, leaving a clean and refreshing aftertaste.

Made entirely from organically grown grapes, this wine not only respects the environment but also ensures a pure and healthy tasting experience. It is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes such as summer salads, seafood, or sashimi.

Savoring the Ancestral Sparkling BIO Wine by Ononide Bulzaga brings the pleasure of tasting a page of vinous history, interpreted with ecological sensitivity and great enological mastery. A true gem for lovers of natural and sparkling wine.

In recent years the company completed its conversion to organic farming for all its products, strengthening a production approach that respects local ecosystems.
