Young Vines of Thymiopoulos Vineyards is a wine that tells with freshness and liveliness the mountainous territory of Western Macedonia, in Greece. The winery, known for promoting indigenous grape varieties, offers here a young and vibrant label, an expression of the Xinomavro grape, known for its complexity and longevity. The winemaking method aims to preserve the aromatic purity of the must, with a short maceration and aging in steel that highlights fruity notes of unripe cherry, delicate spices, and a pleasant acidity. On the palate it is agile and with soft tannins, with a fresh finish that invites the next sip.
