Moscato d'Alessandria, or as many know it, Zibibbo. A vine synonymous with sweetness and warmth, it has always been used to produce excellent after-meal wines and dessert wines to pair with cakes and desserts.
Donnafugata makes it a dry table wine instead, thanks to its beautiful and pleasant drinkability, with aromas of white berried fruits, pineapple and candied fruit. In the mouth it then releases softness and elegance with excellent flavors and a pleasant citrine note.
It lends itself very well to the combination of white meats or with caramelized reductions. Also excellent with mushroom-based dishes.
