The Zibibbo Vendemmia Tardiva IGP Sicilia 0.5L from the Pacenzia line, produced by Tenute Orestiadi, is a wine that enchants with its originality and distinctive character. Hailing from sunny Sicily, a land of ancient winemaking traditions, this wine results from a meticulous selection of Zibibbo grapes, harvested in a late vintage that enhances the concentration of sugars and natural aromas of the grape.

The winemaking process is careful and meticulous, with slow fermentation that preserves the delicate and intense aromas typical of the Zibibbo variety. The outcome is a wine with a golden yellow color, bright and inviting. On the nose, it stands out for its complex and enveloping aromas of candied fruit, acacia honey, dried apricot, and spicy notes reminiscent of jasmine and nutmeg.

On the palate, the onset is sweet yet well-balanced by a fresh acidity that prolongs enjoyment and adds vigor to the palate. The aromatic persistence is remarkable, with a finish that returns to the tones of exotic fruit and honey.

The Zibibbo Vendemmia Tardiva from Tenute Orestiadi is a meditation wine, ideal for pairing with almond paste desserts, blue cheeses, or as the conclusion of a special evening. The presentation in a 0.5L bottle also makes it a perfect gift for enthusiasts of sweet and aromatic wines.

Versatile and surprising, this wine carries with it the very essence of Sicily, celebrating the richness and generosity of its land with every sip.
