Hailing from sunny Sicily, a land of ancient winemaking traditions, this wine results from a meticulous selection of Zibibbo grapes, harvested in a late vintage that enhances the concentration of sugars and natural aromas of the grape.
The winemaking process is careful and meticulous, with slow fermentation that preserves the delicate and intense aromas typical of the Zibibbo variety. The outcome is a wine with a golden yellow color, bright and inviting.
