Winery in Sant'Anastasia (NA), on the slopes of Monte Somma (Vesuvius), which showcases native grape varieties such as Catalanesca, Caprettone and Piedirosso through agricultural practices focused on ecological balance.
The name derives from the 'dell'Olivella' spring located at the foot of Monte Somma; the area preserves traces of a long winemaking tradition. The current estate was established within the Vesuvian territory and has recovered and restored a historic building that integrates the oldest part of the estate with new facilities dedicated to winemaking and hospitality.
