What makes it distinctive
- Cantina Braschi's Scarabocchio range: Sangiovese Rubicone IGT, Bianco Rubicone IGT and Bianco Frizzante.
- Lo Scarabocchio Sangiovese is vinified in stainless steel at controlled temperature; the technical sheet notes balanced tannins and serving suggestions.
- The Scarabocchio sparkling white wine is produced from a blend of Chardonnay and Trebbiano and is re-fermented in an autoclave using the Charmat method; the technical data sheet indicates a re-fermentation of about 45 days.
- Official technical sheets report production per individual product: approximately 25,000 bottles for the Sangiovese and 15,000 bottles for the Bianco Frizzante.
- Products designed for everyday consumption: suggested pairings on the product pages include pasta dishes with ragù, red meats, cured meats and light fish dishes for the lightly sparkling wines.
