Vermentino di Sardegna is the result of careful and meticulous winemaking that begins with the care of the grapes; the pressing is extremely delicate, using only the free-run must. We then proceed with cooling to 10-12°C followed by natural decantation. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, between 16°C and 17°C, for a period of 25-30 days.

The result of this process is a straw-colored wine with light greenish nuances. On the nose it is distinguished by an intense primary aroma, delicate but persistent, enriched by an excellent secondary aroma and a floral and fruity bouquet.

On the palate, it is lively, fresh and tasty, characterized by a delicate balance and finesse.

It goes perfectly with fish-based appetizers, marinara risotto, seafood linguine, stewed or grilled fish, white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
