This wine is primarily made from the Pignoletto grape variety, known for its ability to convey freshness and vivacity.

The color of the Pignoletto Frizzante is a bright straw yellow, enhanced by green reflections that underscore its youth. The fine and persistent bubbles add a touch of sophisticated elegance to the glass. On the nose, it is distinguished by an intense aromatic bouquet, with fruity notes of green apple, white peach, and hints of white flowers, contributing to a pleasant olfactory complexity.

On the palate, the taste is balanced and harmoniously fresh. The acidity is well-balanced and blends perfectly with a slight residual sweetness, making the Pignoletto Frizzante DOCG from Tenuta Santa Croce extremely enjoyable and drinkable. The aromatic persistence is notable, leaving a refreshing and clean sensation on the palate.

This wine is ideal as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with light starters, fish dishes, or fresh cheeses. Its effervescence also makes it a perfect companion for festive occasions and celebrations. Serve chilled between 6 and 8 degrees Celsius to enhance all its qualities.

Tenuta Santa Croce, with its Pignoletto Frizzante DOCG, offers a unique experience, demonstrating the indissoluble bond between the Emilian territory and its wine-making traditions, continuing to cultivate and enhance native varietals with passion and dedication.
