Uvem is an organic and natural wine without the addition of any chemical additives, vinified in vitrified jars (not insulated like the other reds) at a depth of 3 meters.
At sight it enchants with its ruby red colour. The nose offers a unique, intense aroma with a bouquet of cherry, violet and wild flowers which is also released on the palate giving a dry and tannic taste.
A certainly ideal drink to combine preferably with red meats or seasonal cheeses, suitable for a quiet evening with friends or for everyday meals.
It is advisable to let it decant for 10-30 minutes before serving.
