The Roero Arneis DOCG "ReCit" produced by Monchiero Carbone winery is an iconic white wine from the Piedmont region, renowned for its distinctive freshness and aromatics. The Arneis grape, the absolute protagonist of this wine, is grown on sandy and clayey soils which impart a particular elegance and subtle minerality to the wine.

"ReCit" presents a pale straw yellow color, brightened by light greenish reflections that suggest its youthfulness and liveliness. On the nose, it offers a complex and inviting bouquet, with intense aromas of fresh fruit such as pear and peach, enriched by hints of chamomile and fresh almond, notes that are derived from the unique terroir of Roero.

On the palate, the wine is extremely balanced, combining beautiful acidity with a soft structure that makes it pleasantly drinkable. It has a persistent and refreshing finish, with a return of the fruity and floral aromas perceived on the nose.

The Roero Arneis "ReCit" is ideal as an aperitif or paired with light starters, fish dishes, or poultry. It is also excellent with vegetarian cuisine and spring vegetable dishes.

This wine represents not only the winemaking tradition of Piedmont but also the innovation and passion of the Monchiero Carbone winery, which seeks to best express the character and essence of the Arneis grape. A renewed classic, which continues to surprise wine lovers with its freshness and elegant complexity.
