The Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC produced by Cantina di Soliera represents one of the most authentic and refined expressions of Lambrusco, the famous Italian sparkling red wine. Originating from the heart of the Emilia-Romagna region, this wine is known for its bright color, which ranges from a light ruby red to a delicate cherry pink, typical of the Sorbara variety, considered the most noble of the Lambrusco varieties.

On the nose, the Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC offers an intensely aromatic bouquet, with a predominance of floral notes of violet and rose, accompanied by nuances of fresh red fruits like raspberry and strawberry. These characteristics make it an immediately recognizable and highly appreciated wine.

On the palate, it is distinguished by its elegance and freshness. The sip is lively thanks to its marked acidity and moderate presence of carbon dioxide which gives that typical effervescence. Its dry character and lightness make it extremely drinkable, with a pleasantly fruity and persistent aftertaste that echoes the olfactory sensations.

The versatility of Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC makes it an excellent companion for various Italian and international dishes. It pairs beautifully with light appetizers, fish dishes, and white meats. It is also ideal for accompanying typical dishes from Emilia like gnocco fritto and tigelle.

Cantina di Soliera is committed to the production of this wine, respecting tradition but with a keen eye for innovation, ensuring a high-quality product every year that best expresses the characteristics of the Sorbara terroir. This Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC is an excellent choice for those looking for a wine that combines tradition, quality, and drinking pleasure.
