The Rosso IGT Isola dei Nuraghi "Korem" by Argiolas is an eloquent demonstration of Sardinia's winemaking mastery, the result of the harmonious fusion between innovation and tradition. This wine represents the pinnacle of the production of Argiolas, a company that for generations has worked with passion and dedication to enhance the native Sardinian vines, expertly combining modern winemaking techniques with respect for the terroir.

"Korem" is a refined blend of Bovale, an indigenous grape variety characterized by its structure and depth, and Carignano, known for its softness and roundness. This selection reflects the uniqueness of Sardinia's winemaking heritage and Argiolas' ability to create wines of extraordinary complexity and character.

The vinification of "Korem" follows a rigorous process that begins with a manual harvest of the grapes at the moments of optimal ripeness, to guarantee maximum varietal expression and concentration of flavors. After fermentation, the wine ages in French oak barriques, where it acquires toasted and vanilla notes that blend perfectly with the richness of the fruit, resulting in a perfect balance between power and elegance.

Visually, "Korem" presents itself with an intense and vibrant red color. On the nose, the wine is a triumph of aromas, with dominant notes of ripe red and black fruits, enriched by nuances of spices, aromatic herbs and a subtle balsamic touch, which give depth and complexity to the bouquet.

In the mouth, "Korem" expresses an extraordinary richness and structure, with silky and well-integrated tannins that accompany its gustatory evolution. The balance between acidity and body is impeccable, with a range of flavors ranging from ripe fruit to spicy and woody notes, leading to a long and persistent finish, marked by a pleasant mineral vein.

Ideal in combination with intense and savory dishes, such as grilled red meats, roasts, game and mature cheeses, the Rosso IGT Isola dei Nuraghi "Korem" by Argiolas is an authentic expression of the richness and diversity of Sardinian viticulture, offering a tasting experience that remains impressed by its intensity, complexity and harmony.
