Carrico 68.8 is a "volcanic" wine from all points of view, produced on the northern side of Etna and with an inimitable flavour. The terrain composed almost exclusively of volcanic stones, they give the wine a unique minerality and flavour.
The grapes, harvested during the first week of October, are subsequently delicately pressed and then left to ferment at a controlled temperature. On the nose it gives a floral and fruity aroma with the prevalence of white pulp fruit aromas.
A wine with an Etna flavor and character always well appreciated by lovers of Sicilian wines. A white with well-marked mineral notes and a very pleasant acidic flavor on the palate. To be tried in pairing with fish-based courses, seafood first courses and shellfish to best savor its exceptional qualities.
