Merlot, Syrah and Frappato, slightly overripe.
A wine produced in the hills of Baglio Sorìa, home of excellence of the Firriato family. A hilly area rich in clay and red marls, which combined with the temperature variations contribute to giving the grapes some decidedly unique sensorial peculiarities. A great gift from this beautiful sun-kissed nature. Bayamore Rosso remains to refine in French oak barrels for 6 months and is certainly the perfect choice for anyone who wants a decisive but elegant approach.
It is elegant in its lively and brilliant ruby red color; the nose reaches its fragrances of small red fruits in jam, wrapped in pleasant hints of marasca cherry in alcohol with hints of red cherries and a balsamic touch. In the mouth the taste is decidedly enveloping and full-bodied, with marked but evolving tannins, it amazes with its freshness that allows you to lighten the sip and invite you to the next, this makes the taste complex, long and persistent.
A great red wine perfect with pasta alla norma but also with grilled sausages; it is exquisite to accompany savory pie with strong tastes.
