The "Cumaro" by Umani Ronchi is a red wine that embodies the character and tradition of the Marche region, a perfect marriage of modernity and respect for the territory. Presented in a prestigious wooden case, this Magnum edition is wonderfully suited as a prestigious gift or for storage in one's own cellar.

Originating from the Conero area, this wine is produced exclusively with Montepulciano grapes, a variety that finds in the Marche region an ideal terroir to express its fullness and intensity. The harvest is done manually at full ripeness, followed by maceration and fermentation in stainless steel, and then aged for about 12 months in oak barriques with further resting in the bottle before being released on the market.

On the nose, the Cumaro opens with intense aromas of ripe red fruits, spiced with notes of cocoa, leather, and a slight touch of vanilla, demonstrating excellent integration of fruit and wood. On the palate, it offers a robust and generous structure, with well-polished tannins and a long, harmonious finish that leaves a persistent aftertaste of dark fruit and fine spices.

Served at the optimal temperature of 18°C, the Cumaro Magnum is an ideal companion for robust red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses, but it also works surprisingly well with mushroom or truffle-based dishes. Given its complexity and aging potential, this wine is magnificently suited for evolution, promising to develop further aromatic and taste nuances with a few more years of bottle maturation.

In summary, a wine of great structure and character, which faithfully represents the strength and passion of Marche viticulture.
