Plenio is the result of the application of the production disciplinary which imposes a minimum aging period of 18 months, of which at least 6 in the bottle.
The name taken from the Latin Plenum, wants to remember and suggest the characteristics of fullness, complexity and structure. Characterized by a long persistence and a richness of perfumes and aromas, also combined with its marked elegance, make it a unique wine of its kind. Maximum expression of Verdicchio.
We recommend a combination with fish-based dishes or risottos.
