The Greco di Tufo DOCG from De Falco winery is a white wine that enchants with its aromatic complexity and structural elegance, representing one of the most refined expressions of the Greco grape in Campania. This wine stands out for its straw-yellow color with brilliant reflections that hint at the olfactory richness of the glass.

On the nose, the Greco di Tufo De Falco offers a complex bouquet where notes of white-fleshed fruits such as peach and pear emerge, enriched by nuances of white flowers and mineral hints reminiscent of flint. This minerality is typical of the volcanic terroir of Tufo, which gives the wine a distinctive character.

On the palate, the wine surprises with its liveliness and freshness, balanced by a good structure and moderate alcohol content. The aromatic persistence is remarkable, with a finish that returns to the fruity and mineral tones perceived on the nose.

Ideal to accompany elaborate fish dishes, such as raw seafood or baked fish with aromatic herbs, the Greco di Tufo DOCG by De Falco also pairs well with dishes of fresh cheeses or moderately spiced Asian cuisine. Its versatility makes it perfect even as a sophisticated aperitif.

Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C to appreciate all its nuances. A wine that not only represents the typicality of its territory but is also a testament to the passion and art of winemaking at De Falco, a true gem of Campanian viticulture.
