The grapes of this vine are harvested by hand, in boxes; it is then delicately pressed and left to ferment at a controlled cold temperature in steel.
In the glass it has a straw yellow color. On the nose it releases pleasant notes with floral and fruity aromas. On the palate it is fresh and structured thanks to the good level of acidity. A wine with an unmistakable taste that will take you back to the heart of Vesuvius.
It goes very well with pasta dishes, summer fruit, cheeses and fish-based dishes.
