Francis Ford Coppola's Zinfandel is a celebration of the Zinfandel grape variety, one of the most emblematic and historic of the United States, particularly loved for its ability to produce rich, robust wines full of character. Francis Ford Coppola, well-known film director and passionate winemaker, expresses his passion for wine through his cellar in California by creating labels that reflect the excellence and richness of the Californian terroir.

This Zinfandel is produced with grapes selected from the best vineyards in California, where the warm and sunny climate allows the vine to ripen perfectly, developing a rich concentration of aromas and flavors. Winemaking aims to enhance the varietal characteristics of Zinfandel, with a fermentation that emphasizes the intense fruit and sweet spices, followed by aging in wood that adds complexity and depth to the wine without overpowering its freshness.

Francis Ford Coppola's Zinfandel stands out for its intense and brilliant ruby red color. On the nose, the wine offers a rich and inviting bouquet, with dominant notes of ripe red and black fruits, such as raspberries, blackberries and plums, enriched by nuances of pepper, vanilla and a light touch of tobacco, the result of aging in barrique.

In the mouth, the wine is full and juicy, with a soft and well-integrated tannic structure that supports an abundance of fruity flavours, balanced by a lively acidity that gives freshness and drinkability. The spicy and vanilla notes blend harmoniously with the fruit, leading to a long and pleasantly persistent finish.

Ideal in combination with rich and savory dishes, such as barbecue, grilled red meats, lamb dishes and mature cheeses, Francis Ford Coppola's Zinfandel is an excellent choice for lovers of Californian wines looking for an intense and rich, representative of the expression of this iconic grape variety in one of its chosen territories.
