Francis Ford Coppola Winery's Sauvignon Blanc reflects the artistic and innovative approach that characterizes all of the famous director's projects, including his commitment to the world of viticulture. Located in California, a region known for producing high-quality wines, Francis Ford Coppola's winery is dedicated to creating wines that express the richness and variety of California terroir, combining tradition and modernity.

Sauvignon Blanc, one of the most appreciated white grape varieties globally for its freshness and aroma, finds a distinctive expression in the expert hands of Coppola's team. This wine is made with grapes selected from the best plots, where the temperate climate, influenced by the proximity to the ocean, favors a slow and uniform maturation of the grapes, essential for developing the full aroma potential

ico of Sauvignon Blanc.

The vinification is carefully controlled to preserve the natural aromas of the grape variety, with cold temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks, a strategy that aims to maintain the freshness and liveliness characteristic of Sauvignon Blanc. The result is a wine that reflects Coppola's philosophy of producing authentic, highly drinkable wines.

Visually, Francis Ford Coppola's Sauvignon Blanc has a light straw yellow color, with green reflections that underline its freshness. On the nose, it offers a rich and inviting bouquet, with notes of citrus, white pulp fruit such as melon and peach, aromatic herbs and a mineral touch that adds complexity.

In the mouth, the wine is lively and refreshing, with a balanced acidity that supports its fruity flavors and gives a pleasant aromatic persistence. The finish is clean and refreshing, with a delicate mineral note that invites another sip.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light dishes such as salads, fish and seafood dishes, Francis Ford Coppola's Sauvignon Blanc is an excellent choice for those looking for a white wine that combines freshness and aromatic complexity, capable of pleasantly accompanying various convivial moments.
