Centovie is the hymn to the thousand paths that life can offer. It is aged for 12 months in neutral oak barrels and in concrete tanks.
Straw yellow and greenish reflections, characterized by the great acidity typical of Pecorino, which gives excellent results of high drinkability.
It shows itself with Mediterranean nuances of aromatic herbs that cross a pleasant bouquet of flowers and fruit. Full and structured body, with a beautiful mineral and savory vein, making the finish long-lasting on the palate.
