Iki comes from a careful selection of white berried grapes among the most prestigious in the Veneto region. Vinification in the cellar begins with soft pressing, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and subsequent preparation of the Cuvée. Sparkling and aging, according to the Charmat method, last for 3 months; subsequently the wine further matures in the bottle before being put on the market.
IKI is a Japanese word meaning "things worthy of special consideration". A wine with a lively and exuberant character, which magnificently represents the great essence of a territory where high quality grapes are grown.
It shows itself in a straw yellow color with bright greenish reflections. The nose denotes a particularly delicate and fruity bouquet, punctuated by notes of green apple and floral scents. A harmonious and lively sip, with a pleasant and persistent sweet finish.
A very versatile wine that lends itself well to being drunk throughout the meal from the most traditional to the most sophisticated dishes.
