A red wine composed mainly of Sangiovese grapes, but which, in order to regulate, still requires the presence of a smaller percentage of Sagrantino. The result is a drink with a particularly deep structure, an excellent companion at the table.
Charming in its dark and impenetrable ruby red color with evident purplish reflections. Offers to smell a large, penetrating bouquet characterized by marked notes of raspberry, berries and blueberry. On the palate, a full-bodied, slightly tannic and full-bodied glass is evident from the first sip.
Excellent to accompany medium-aged cheeses, cured meats and cold cuts in general, grilled meats and game.
