Produced in the picturesque region of Puglia, this white wine embodies the essence of the native Bianco d'Alessano grape, renowned for its ability to reflect the unique terroir of this area.

To the eye, the wine presents a light straw yellow color with bright highlights. Once poured into the glass, notes of white fruits such as pear and melon immediately emerge, mixed with floral hints of acacia and chamomile, enriched by a slight touch of minerality typical of the calcareous soil of the Valle d'Itria.

On the palate, Bianco d'Alessano by Paolo Leo surprises with its incredible freshness and liveliness. The acidity is well balanced and harmoniously intertwined with a light structure and a pleasant persistence. The flavors of fresh fruit are confirmed, enriched by a subtle grassy vein that leads to a clean and stimulating finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, this wine pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, as well as Mediterranean cuisine, enhancing the freshness of the ingredients. Serve chilled to bring out all its qualities.

In conclusion, Valle d'Itria IGP - Bianco d'Alessano - Paolo Leo is the perfect choice for those seeking a wine that combines tradition and freshness, offering a tasting experience that is both sophisticated and genuinely pleasant.
