Aromatic white wine, aged in stainless steel on lees for 6 months.
It has its typical straw yellow color, and thanks to its intense aromas, the taste is characterized by elegant notes of rose, exotic fruit and oriental spices. Each sip is unique, we can describe it as a full, fresh and juicy sip with a slightly sweet aftertaste.
The vines of this Gewurztraminer have an age between 5 and 35 years, are located on gravelly, calcareous and clayey soils. Generally located at an altitude between 300 and 500 meters above sea level and facing south-east
The nose is flooded with an intense and complex perfume, with notes of fresh rose, exotic fruit and oriental spices.
Perfect to be tasted with aperitifs and fish dishes. A fruity and particularly aromatic wine. For those who love complexity!

Founded in 1907 thanks to a few winemakers who decided to join forces to improve the quality of their labels, the cooperative winery of San Michele Appiano is today a reality that has about three hundred and fifty members, for an annual production that exceeds two million bottles. A real colossus, absolute reference for the whole production world, not only in South Tyrol, which never betrays expectations thanks to a range of unique reliability. From the top line, the "Sanct Valentin", you get to the "Classic" line passing through the "Selezione" line: all the "San Michele Appiano" labels are the result of a constant search for uncompromising quality, and are the result of passion, experience, courage and sensitivity, values that for over a century have formed the basis of what is one of the most important winemaking realities of the entire wine scene in Alto Adige and in the whole of Italy.
