Nestled in the gentle hills where the microclimate is ideal for viticulture, the Baccareto Sparkling White Wine from Tenuta Santa Lucia is a rare gem for lovers of sparkling wine. This label showcases the exclusivity of the Famosso vine, an ancient indigenous varietal that has been recently rediscovered and valued for its unique characteristics.

On the nose, the Baccareto offers a surprisingly vibrant bouquet, where intertwining notes of white flowers and hints of fresh citrus, including lemon and tangerine, are enriched by a slight mineral touch. This olfactory profile is fully consistent with the freshness that characterizes the Famosso, making the wine immediately inviting.

On the palate, the liveliness of the effervescence blends harmoniously with a light structure and pleasant acidity. This balance gives the wine a refreshingly pleasant drinkability yet with a refined and persistent aftertaste. Aromas of white-fleshed fruit meld with a delicate fresh almond note, adding to the complexity and elegance of the sip.

Perfect as an aperitif, Baccareto Sparkling White Wine pairs beautifully with light appetizers, fish dishes, or seafood. Moreover, its freshness makes it an ideal companion for moments of conviviality and celebrations.

Let yourself be surprised by this exclusive sparkling wine that not only tells the story of an almost forgotten grape variety but also celebrates the savoir-faire of Tenuta Santa Lucia, a testament to the passion and innovation in Italian viticulture.
