Pairing Red meats, game, aged cheeses
This Barolo DOCG Ravera from Vajra shows a clear, deep ruby appearance with good visual concentration. On the nose it offers a complex yet balanced profile, with hints of ripe red fruit, floral notes and a spicy background; the aromas are well integrated and follow one another harmoniously. On the palate the structure is solid, with present but polished tannins supporting a fresh acidity; the finish is persistent and leaves an overall impression of harmony and finesse. The descriptive tone remains cautious and focused on perceivable organoleptic sensations without excessive interpretation.

It pairs naturally with red meat dishes, roasts and savory preparations with mushrooms or aged cheeses, but can also accompany simpler dishes for those seeking a pronounced taste contrast. It is recommended to serve it at a moderate temperature and to open it in advance to allow the aromatic components to unfold; a bottle suited to convivial moments and to those who appreciate wines of defined yet measured character.
