The Bianco - 10 Vendemmie from Tenuta Ulisse is a wine that emphasizes freshness and drinkability, without spectacular gestures but with clarity and cleanliness. It shows a bright straw colour; on the nose there are aromas of white-fleshed fruit, citrus notes and a floral hint, always restrained and well defined. The overall impression favors aromatic precision over opulence.

On the palate it confirms this balanced approach: lively in freshness, easy-drinking, with a modest body that supports the fruity returns. The finish remains rather saline and clean, without harshness. It works well as a table wine for light meals, seafood starters, fish and white meats, or with fresh cheeses. Serve at a moderate temperature and preferably consume within the first years to enjoy its immediacy. Store in a cool place away from heat.
